"My mentor ended up being a really good fit"
I got matched with a mentor who genuinely felt like the right fit for what I needed. We had a similar background, so her feedback actually made sense for where I was coming from, and she was honest without making it feel awkward or anything. Scheduling was easy too, which I really appreciated because... yeah, one less thing to stress about. It made Springboard feel a lot less lonely for me.

"Honestly, this hit the spot"
I went into it hoping it wouldn’t be packed with random filler, and thankfully it wasn’t. The lessons lined up well with the kind of stuff I actually need for work, which was a relief. The projects felt up to date too, so I came away feeling like my time was actually well spent.

"Really helped with interview prep"
This helped me a lot while getting ready for interviews. It made the whole process feel way less stressful and gave me a better idea of what to expect. I’m happy with it for now, but if the quality drops, I’d probably start looking for another option.

"The accountability I really needed"
My mentor kept checking in on me that made a big difference. There were a few times I felt like giving up, but having someone there to remind me to keep going gave me the "push" I needed.

"Curriculum was really solid"
For me, curriculum was the best part. It was set up in way that actually made sense, and the projects didn’t feel like they were just thrown in randomly. A few sections took me longer than I expected, but I liked how everything kept building step by step. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Springboard ended up feeling like a..."
Springboard ended up feeling like a good value for me. The tuition definitely wasn’t cheap, so I was nervous about spending that much and potentially regretting it. But when I compared it with other programs, this one felt like less of a gamble because I was getting mentor time and real projects instead of just a bunch of videos. I didn’t want to pay a lot and feel like I’d missed out on actual support, and I don’t really feel that way here. Overall, I’d say it was a fair deal for what I got.

"Financing was clear from the start"
I really appreciated that Springboard laid out the payment options and total costs right away, no guessing or weird surprises later. The advisor also explained the financing in plain language, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful. Overall, it felt fair — and easy to understand.

"Placement support was a bit underwhelming"
I did get some help with placements, which was nice, but I was hoping for a little more guidance along the way. It wasn’t bad, just not quite the level of support I expected

"After I graduated, the support didn’t just..."
After I graduated, the support didn’t just disappear, which I actually really appreciated. My coach still checked in with me and helped with my resume and job search stuff. A few replies took a little longer than I hoped, but overall they stayed helpful and I felt a lot less lost after finishing

"Clear, honest updates the whole way"
I really appreciated how straightforward the communication was on springboard.com. The emails and messages were easy to follow, and most of the time I knew exactly what was coming next without having to chase anyone down. When I did have a question, they got back to me quickly and didn’t give me the runaround. It felt like a respectful way to handle things, that kind of clear communication makes the whole process a lot less stressful.

"So... really helpful for learning"
So... I found the lessons really clear and easy to follow. It made the whole learning process feel a lot less overwhelming, honestly.

"Worked well with my busy weeks"
The pace of the course actually worked well for me, especially during those weeks when life was already kind of packed. There were definitely a few moments where I looked at everything due and thought, okay, this is a lot, but the deadlines helped keep me on track instead of letting things pile up. It felt steady, not super relaxed, but not overwhelming either.

"I signed up for Springboard mainly because of..."
I signed up for Springboard mainly because of the job guarantee, that was the thing that made it feel less risky. I was worried it might just be a bunch of fine print, but my mentor really did help keep me moving, and my career coach checked in more than I expected.
After I finished, it still took a few months — and a lot of applications — before I landed an offer. The guarantee made the whole process feel a little less stressful, and I thought they handled everything fairly. It wasn’t perfect, but for me, it ended up being worth it.

"I signed up for Springboard mainly..."
I signed up for Springboard mainly because my portfolio was kind of a mess. I had projects in there, but I wasn’t explaining them well, and I wasn’t sure what to keep or cut. The mentor feedback helped a lot with that, and I think other students would probably feel the same if they’re stuck trying to make their work look more focused.
By the end, I had three case studies I actually felt comfortable sharing. It still took time and effort, but the structure made the whole process feel way less overwhelming. For anyone else trying to turn scattered projects into a real portfolio, that part alone made the program worth it for me.

"Easy to work into a busy schedule"
Springboard was a good fit for me because I could study when I actually had time. I work full time, so being able to do lessons and projects at night or on weekends made a huge difference. It felt like a setup that respects the fact that people have jobs, bills, and real life going on.
There were definitely weeks where I fell behind a bit, but I never felt like I was being punished for it or left completely on my own. The flexibility helped me keep moving without getting overwhelmed. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Refund went smoother than I expected"
I reached out to Springboard about getting a refund and, i figured it might turn into one of those back-and-forth hassles... but it really didn’t. Their support team got back to me quickly, explained what they needed, and didn’t make the whole thing feel awkward or complicated.
The money took a few days to show up back on my card, which seems normal! Overall, it was a fair, straightforward process, and I was relieved with how smoothly they handled it

"Actually useful projects"
I’ll admit, the hands-on projects were more helpful than I expected. Just watching videos usually doesn’t make things stick for me, so building something myself made a big difference. Some parts definitely took me longer than I wanted, but it felt practical and kind of real. It was also nice to have something finished to show at the end of each section

"Okay course, but the feedback felt careless"
The lessons themselves were decent and I did learn a few useful things, but the assignment feedback was frustrating. Sometimes it took way too long to get anything back, and when I finally did, it felt really generic, like nobody had actually taken much care looking through my work. It wasn’t a terrible course, but I wish the feedback had been clearer, quicker, and handled with a bit more attention.

"Decent coaching, but a little frustrating"
The career coaching was alright overall. My coach was friendly and did give me a few helpful resume tips, so it wasn’t a total waste. But some of the calls felt basic, like stuff I could’ve found on my own. I was hoping for more actual job search help or clearer guidance. It was fine, just kind of annoying that it didn’t feel as useful as I expected.

"The capstone was kind of all over the place"
The capstone part was frustrating for me. I did get some help from a mentor here and there, but the feedback usually came late, and then this or that would change with the directions. A lot of the time I felt like I was just guessing what they actually wanted. For what it cost, I expected more support than that.
